.SYNOPSIS...Surface broad low pressure will continue across the
southwestern gulf with favorable upper-level conditions for
numerous showers and thunderstorms to continue across the
northwestern and much of the W central waters through Wed night.
A tight pressure gradient between the low pressure and high
pressure over the eastern gulf will maintain fresh to strong
southeast winds across the waters W of 90W through early this
afternoon before diminishing to fresh winds through Wed night
and moderate winds Thu through Sat night. A surface trough will
develop along the Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons,
then move westward across the southwestern gulf during the
overnight hours accompanied by fresh east to southeast winds.
The trough will dissipate near 96W during the late mornings.
