.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure will continue across the
southwest gulf waters with favorable upper support to maintain
convection over the northwest and north-central waters gulf
through Tue. A tight pressure gradient between the low pressure
over the southwest gulf and high pressure over the eastern gulf
will maintain strong southerly flow across the waters W of 90W
through Tue morning. A surface trough will develop along the
Yucatan Peninsula during the late afternoons, then drift
westward across the southwest Gulf waters during the overnight
hours accompanied by a fresh east to southeast wind shift with
the trough dissipating along 96W during the late mornings.
