.SYNOPSIS...A strong surface trough extending from near 25N89W
to 21N96W will move WNW through early Sun night accompanied by
scattered thunderstorms that could produce rough seas. A
tightening of the pres gradient between the trough and Atlantic
high pres will support fresh to near gale force SE winds over
the central Gulf waters. The trough will move inland over Texas
by early Mon with winds diminishing thereafter. High pres will
prevail across the basin for the remainder of the upcoming week.
