.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough, the northern portion of a tropical
wave, across the W Bay of Campeche and W Gulf will shift slowly
WNW through Sat, accompanied by active weather. The pressure
gradient will tighten in association with this trough, to
produce freshening SE winds across W central portions through
Fri, becoming strong SE to S winds over the weekend.
