.SYNOPSIS...An upper trough will prevail over the E Gulf of
Mexico through Wed supporting the continuation of showers in the
region. Model guidance suggests that the pressure gradient will 
increase Wed night due to a developing low pressure just east of 
the Yucatan Peninsula. This scenario will lead to the development
of fresh to strong winds in the NW Yucatan Peninsula adjacent 
waters continuing to early Thu. Moderate to fresh SE winds will 
prevail thereafter.
