.SYNOPSIS...An upper trough will meander over the E Gulf of
Mexico through Wed and continue to enhance showers in the
region. Model guidance suggests that the pressure gradient will 
increase Wed night as an area of low pressure develops just east 
of the Yucatan Peninsula. This scenario will lead to the 
development of fresh to strong winds in the NW Yucatan Peninsula 
adjacent waters continuing to early Thu. Winds will then shift NW to
the west-central waters.
