.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge anchored by a 1015 mb high located
within 195 nm north of the Yucatan Peninsula provides variable
light to gentle winds across the basin. Otherwise, a stationary 
front extending along northern Florida to inland SE Texas will 
become will slowly dissipate through Wed.
