.SYNOPSIS...Strong thunderstorms will affect the N central Gulf
into this evening near a trough extending S of Alberto. Moderate
to fresh southerly winds will persist over the eastern Gulf
through tonight in the wake of Subtropical Depression Alberto,
now well north of the area. Winds will diminish by mid week
across the basin as weak high pressure builds from the western
Atlantic to the eastern Gulf. By late Thu, troughing will form
over the western Yucatan each evening and drift over the
southwest Gulf overnight through Sat.
