.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical Storm Alberto near 30.3N 85.9W 994 mb at
5 PM EDT moving N at 8 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt gusts
50 kt. Alberto will move inland to 32.0N 86.4W Tue morning.
Winds and seas will start to decrease after the storm moves
inland with ridging building in from the Atlantic. A trough will
impact the southern waters Wed through Fri.
