.SYNOPSIS...Subtropical Storm Alberto near 28.6N 86.2W 990 mb at
5 AM EDT moving NW at 6 kt. Maximum sustained winds 55 kt gusts
65 kt. Alberto will move to 30.1N 86.6W this afternoon, then
inland to 32.1N 86.9W Tue morning. Winds and seas will start to
decrease after the storm moves inland with ridging building in
from the Atlantic. A trough will impact the southern waters Wed
through Fri.
