.SYNOPSIS...A broad surface low pressure area is centered over
the SE Gulf. This system will slowly move northward across the
eastern Gulf of Mexico during the next few days, enhancing
rainfall across the E Gulf. Winds and seas may be higher near
thunderstorms.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...W winds 5 to 10 kt, shifting to NW to N in the
afternoon. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TONIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED...NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 
.THU NIGHT...W winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to S to SW 10 to
15 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less.
