.SYNOPSIS...A broad surface low pressure area interacting with
an upper-level low is centered over the SE Gulf. This system
will slowly move northward across the eastern Gulf of Mexico
during the next few days, and enhance rainfall across portions
of Florida and the northeastern Gulf Coast during the next few
days. Winds and seas could be higher near thunderstorms. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...E to SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...SE to S winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to NE. Seas 3 ft in
the morning, subsiding to 2 ft or less. 
.TUE NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt,  shifting to W 10 to
15 kt late. Seas 2 ft or less, building to 3 ft late. 
.WED...NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 ft in the morning, subsiding
to 2 ft or less. 
.WED NIGHT...W to NW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.
