.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered W of Bermuda will track ESE 
through Thu but maintain and E to W ridge across the N Gulf 
waters. Winds will remain fresh to strong over the far SE Gulf, 
Straits of Florida and western Gulf through early Fri as high 
pressure shifts ESE over the western Atlantic and low pressure 
deepens over the Central Plains States. Winds over the Gulf will 
slacken on Sat as the low weakens and moves E. Surface troughs 
moving W will generate fresh to strong winds on the W side of the
Yucatan Peninsula each night Wed night through Sat night.
