.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the NW gulf extends a ridge
southeastward to the Straits of Florida. This high will track
northeastward and inland today, then move east off the Georgia
coast on Mon with the ridge extending west-southwest across the
northern gulf waters through Thu. A weak surface trough will
move off the Florida W coast tonight and across the eastern gulf
Mon. The trough will be attendant by moderate to locally fresh
NE to E winds.
