.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the north central Gulf will shift
eastward to the NE Gulf Wed and weaken in response to a cold
front that will move over the northern gulf waters Thu. The
front will stall from southwest Florida to south Texas Fri,
before lifting back north as a warm front Sat ahead of yet
another cold front over Texas expected to approach the NW Gulf. 

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt W of 94W, and 
SE to S winds 10 to 15 kt between 90W and 94W. Seas 3 to 5 ft
between 90W and 94W, and 5 to 8 ft W of 94W.
.TONIGHT...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft between 90W
and 94W, and 6 to 8 ft W of 94W.
.WED...S winds 15 to 20 kt, except diminishing to 5 to 10 kt late
between 90W and 94W. Seas 4 to 6 ft between 90W and 94W, and 6
