.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong NW winds over the far eastern Gulf
will slowly diminish through late tonight as high pressure,
presently over the NW gulf, shifts eastward across the northern 
gulf waters reaching the NE gulf on Wed. Expect strong southerly 
return flow over the northwest Gulf Tue night between the high 
pressure and lower pressure over the southern Plains. A rather 
weak cold front is expected to drift into the northern Gulf Thu, 
then stall and dissipate through Fri.
