.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong NW winds persist over the far
eastern Gulf following a late season strong cold front that
moved across the region yesterday. Winds and seas will diminish
from west to east across the Gulf through this evening as high
pressure shifts eastward across the northern Gulf through mid
week. Expect strong southerly return flow over the northwest
Gulf Tue night between the high pressure and lower pressure over
the southern Plains. A weaker cold front is expected to drift
into the northern Gulf Thu, then stall and dissipate through
Fri.
