.SYNOPSIS...Strong to minimal gale force winds are ongoing in
the western Gulf following a late season cold front that extends
from Louisiana near 29N90W to Veracruz, Mexico near 20N96W.
Fresh to strong southerly flow is ahead of the front to 84W. The
front will sweep across the southeast Gulf by late Sun night. 
Winds and seas will diminish from west to east through Mon 
morning. High pressure will build across the basin thereafter and
persist through Wed. A new cold front is forecast to move off 
Texas and Louisiana Thu morning and extend along the northern 
Gulf Thu night.

.TONIGHT...W of 96W, N winds 25 to 35 kt, shifting to N to NE
20 to 25 kt late. Elsewhere, N winds 20 to 30 kt. Seas
12 to 14 ft. 
.SUN...W of 96W, N winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW 5 to 10 kt in
the afternoon. Elsewhere, N winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to
10 to 15 kt late in the afternoon. Seas 10 to 12 ft.
