.SYNOPSIS...Southerly return forecast across the gulf waters
through Fri ahead of a cold front moving off the Texas coast on
Fri night. The front will extend from the Mississippi Delta to
the Bay of Campeche on Sat night, extend from the Florida Big
bend area to the Yucatan Peninsula on Sun, and move southeast of
the area on Sun night. Gale conditions area forecast across the
SW Gulf on Sat into Sat night. Southerly return flow will
redevelop across the northwest gulf on Mon night.
