.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from central Florida to the
coast of Mexico near 21N97W will stall over the SE Gulf tonight.
Fresh northerly winds are expected N of the front this morning. 
A strong cold front will move off the Texas coast on Sat. Fresh 
to strong southerly winds preceding it will become strong to 
near-gale northerly behind the front.
