.SYNOPSIS...High pressure ridging from the Atlantic into the
east-central Gulf will maintain fresh to strong SE return flow
this morning. A cold front reaching the Texas coast later today
will extend from SE Louisiana to Tampico Mexico this evening,
and from the big bend of Florida to Veracruz Mexico Fri morning.
The front will weaken and stall from central Florida to the Bay
of Campeche on Sat.
