.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will prevail over much of the forecast
waters through Tue. A trough will develop over the Yucatan
peninsula each evening and shift westward across the southwest
Gulf during the overnight hours. A cold front is expected to
move into the NW Gulf by Thu, reaching from SE Louisiana to near
Tuxpan, Mexico by Thu night, from the western Florida panhandle 
to Tampico early on Fri and from N central Florida to the 
eastern Bay of Campeche by late Fri afternoon into early evening.
The front will be preceded by scattered showers and thunderstorms.
