.SYNOPSIS...A cold front crosses the Gulf from the Florida Big
Bend to Tampico Mexico. The front will head SE and pass into the
Caribbean Wed morning. High pressure will build over the
northern Gulf in the wake of the front, then slowly shift E into
the western Atlc by Sun.
