.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will stall near the E Bay of Campeche
tonight. A ridge will extend from NE Texas to the Straits of
Florida Tonight into Wed night, then high pres will shift over
the NE Gulf Thu through Fri night, then east of the basin Sat
into Sun night.

.WED...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
