.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has exited the southern portion of the
basin, except over the E Bay of Campeche. Strong northerly winds
in the wake of the front will diminish from the NW today. A
ridge will extend from NE Texas to the Straits of Florida Tue,
then high pres will shift over the NE Gulf Thu through Fri, then
east of the basin Sat.
