.SYNOPSIS...High pres prevailing over the forecast waters will
retreat eastward today. This will enable a cold front to enter
the NW Gulf tonight. The front will shift across the forecast
waters through the week, then SE of the area Thu. High pres will
build in the wake of the front.

.TONIGHT...S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.TUE...S to SW winds 15 to 20 kt, shifting to N to NE. Seas 3 to
4 ft. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms.
