.SYNOPSIS...A weakening frontal boundary curves from western 
Cuba near 22N84W to 26N94W. The front will dissipate by Sun. A 
ridge will build across the northern Gulf Sun and Mon. Another 
cold front will enter the NW Gulf Mon night. A reinforcing shot 
of cold air catching up to the front will propel it across the 
basin by Wed evening.
