.SYNOPSIS...A nearly stationary front near the Texas coast will 
move N this afternoon. Strong winds will affect the Straits of 
Florida and the waters adjacent to the Yucatan Peninsula today 
and tonight. Otherwise, strong high pres over the W Atlc ridging 
W will generate moderate to fresh SE return flow across the basin
through Sun. A weak cold front will drift into the Texas coastal
waters late Sun then head SE and extend from the FL Panhandle to
Veracruz Mexico Mon afternoon.
