.SYNOPSIS...E to SE winds associated with a ridge extending from
the Atlc into the central Gulf will prevail over the basin
through Sat. A weak cold front will stall along the Texas coast
Sat night and Sun, then retreat back north Sun night. Dense fog
is expected this morning in the northern Gulf within 30 nm of 
the coast from Appalachicola FL to High Island TX.
