.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from SE Louisiana to NE
Mexico near 24N98W will reach a position from the western 
Florida Panhandle to the central Bay of Campeche on Mon, where it
will stall and gradually weaken. Fresh to strong northerly winds
and buiding seas to 8 or 9 ft will follow the front tonight and 
Mon. The remnants of the front may lift nortward on Tue, while a 
trough will remain over the SW Gulf.
