.SYNOPSIS...A frontal trough extending northwest from Florida
Bay to the Texas Coastal Bend will lift northeast through Tue
night ahead of a cold front moving into the northwest waters
around sunrise on Wed. The front will stall along 25N on Thu,
then lift back north across the northern waters on Fri and Sat.
