.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moving off the Texas coast will stall
over the eastern Gulf Sat, then lift northward over the western
Gulf through late Sat. A weak pressure pattern will follow
through Sun night across the Gulf. A weak front will enter the
northern Gulf Mon and dissipate, and again late Wed.
