.SYNOPSIS...A ridge axis from northern Florida to NE Mexico will
weaken on Thu night as a cold front moves off the Texas coast. 
The front will stall along 26N on Fri night, then lift back north
as a warm front across the western gulf Sat through Sat night 
ahead of a second cold front moving off the Texas coast Sun. This
second front will reach along 25N Sun night and along 23N on Mon.
