.SYNOPSIS...A 1014 mb low pressure is centered near 28N87W with
a cold front extending SW to the Bay of Campeche near 18.5N95W.
The low will strengthen, cross northern Florida tonight, and
head toward Cape Hatteras dragging the cold front eastward
across the remainder of the Gulf waters by Mon afternoon.
Minimal gale force winds and building seas to 11 or 12 ft are
expected behind the front near Veracruz, Mexico Mon afternoon
and Mon night.
