.SYNOPSIS...A weak 1019 mb low pres is centered over SE
Louisiana with a stationary front extending SW to near
Brownsville, Texas. The low is forecast to rapidly move across
the NE Gulf today pushing the cold front across the eastern Gulf
waters through early on Mon. Gale force winds and building seas
are expected behind the front near Veracruz, Mexico Mon afternoon
through Mon night.
