.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending SW from the Florida Panhandle
to Veracruz Mexico will reach from SW Florida to the Bay of
Campeche and continue stationary to 22N98W late Tue. The
stationary front will meander across the SW Gulf through Fri
night, then lift N as a warm front on Sat. Minimal gale
conditions are forecast over the SW Gulf near Veracruz, Mexico
late Tue, then develop again late Wed and continue through Wed
evening. Strengthening high pressure in the wake of the front
will produce strong to near gale force northerly winds across
the southern Gulf waters on Thu, then shift across the E Gulf on
Fri and Sat.
