.SYNOPSIS...An inverted trough from 28N97W to 20N96W will move W
and inland Texas and NE Mexico this afternoon. Fresh SE return
flow will set up across the western Gulf tonight ahead of a cold
front moving SE off the Texas coast late Sun night. The cold
front will extend from the Mississippi Delta to Veracruz Mexico
late Mon, and then stall from SW Florida to near Veracruz Mexico
on Tue night. Remnants of the front will lift N on Wed with
strong NE winds developing across the NW Gulf waters.

.TODAY...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms. 
.TONIGHT...SE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN...SE to S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
