.SYNOPSIS...High pres ridge extending SW over the Gulf will 
slowly move E tonight. Fresh to locally strong N to NE winds this
morning E of 85W will persist through tonight. A strong cold 
front will enter the NW Gulf Tue afternoon, reach from the 
Florida panhandle to near 26N91W and to just N of Tampico Tue 
evening, then move SE of the area early on Wed. Gale force N 
winds are expected near Tampico and Veracruz Tue night and Wed, 
and frequent gusts to gale force are expected over the NW waters 
Tue and Tue night. Strong high pres following in the wake of the 
front will shift E through Fri. Yet another cold front is due to 
arrive Mon.

.TODAY...NE to E winds 10 to 15 kt, becoming NE 20 to 25 kt with
frequent gusts to gale force within 60 nm of the coast W of 91W in
the late morning and afternoon. Seas 2 ft or less, building to
6 to 8 ft. 
.TONIGHT...N to NE winds 20 to 30 kt with frequent gusts to 
gale force within 60 nm of the coast W of 91W. Seas 8 to 11 ft in N
swell. 
.WED...N to NE winds 20 to 25 kt with frequent gusts to gale 
force within 60 nm of the coast until mid morning W of 91W. Seas 
7 to 10 ft in N swell.
