.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front across the NW waters from SW 
Louisiana to Tampico Mexico will rapidly shift across the basin 
through Fri night. Gale force winds are possible W of the front 
in the western Gulf through Fri. Reinforcing cold air will move 
through the eastern Gulf Sat. High pres will build behind the 
front this weekend.
