.SYNOPSIS...Low pres just N of the area extends a cold front
over the NW waters. The low and front will weaken as they
continue SE into Tue morning. The front will drift S through Tue
night while gradually becoming a remnant trough into early Wed.
The trough will drift W through Wed night while dissipating,
with return flow then dominating through early Thu. The next
cold front may enter the NW portion Thu afternoon, rapidly
shifting across the basin through the end of the week.
