.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres from the Ohio Valley to Cuba will
produce fresh to strong NE winds across the Straits of Florida
and SE Gulf through this afternoon. The high will shift eastward
into the western Atlantic tonight and Monday allowing for fresh
to strong return flow to set up across the central Gulf from
early on Sunday through early on Monday evening. Low pres and
its associated cold front will move southeastward over the NW
and N central Gulf on Monday, then move southeastward over the
central Gulf Monday night through Tuesday as the system weakens.
The next strong cold front may move into the western Gulf Thu
night.  

Northwest Gulf of Mexico

.TODAY...Between 90W and 94W, SE to S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas
6 to 9 ft. W of 94W, S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.TONIGHT...Between 90W and 94W, SE to S winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 
7 to 10 ft. W of 94W, S winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 7 ft. Scattered
showers and isolated thunderstorms.
.MON...Between 90W and 94W, SW winds 20 to 25 kt. Seas 7 to 10
ft. W of 94W, SW winds 15 to 20 kt, except NW winds 20 to 25 kt 
behind the front. Seas 6 to 7 ft, except behind front 6 to 8 ft 
building to 7 to 10 ft in the afternoon. Scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms ahead of front.
