.SYNOPSIS...High pres over central U.S. ridges S across Texas
and along the Tamaulipas and Veracruz coasts of Mexico. Strong N
winds over the southern Bay of Campeche have begun to diminish
tonight. The high will slide E into the W Atlc Sun as low pres
moves into the southern plains. E to SE return flow over the
Gulf will become strong E of 91W on Sun in advance of next cold
front to enter the NW Gulf Mon morning.

less, then, building to 3 ft late.
