.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pres across southern Texas and NE Mexico
is producing a reinforcing surge of cold air and gale force
winds in the coastal waters off of Veracruz tonight. Winds and
seas will diminish from N to S early Thu through Sat as strong
high pres slides eastward.

.THU...N to NE winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
