.SYNOPSIS...Gales will linger this morning along the coast of
southern Mexico near Veracruz. Otherwise, fresh to strong NE
winds prevail over the remainder of the basin. Reinforcing cold
air will reintroduce gale force winds to the waters near Tampico
and Veracruz on Wed. Winds and seas will diminish Thu through
Sat as strong high pres over the United States slides eastward.
