.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from 1018 mb low pres near
Tampa FL to 24N88W to 23N95W to 21N97W will move SE and exit the
SE Gulf on Tue morning. Strong high pres building behind the
front will cause gale force winds near Tampico, Mexico through
this evening and near Veracruz tonight and Tue. A reinforcing
shot of cold air will bring fresh to near gale force winds to
the west- central and SW Gulf. Gale force winds will be possible
near Veracruz Wed and Wed night.
