.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front over the central Gulf and warm
front over the NW gulf to a 1019 mb low near 29N95W will
dissipate as the low moves ENE over the northern Gulf through
Sun. A strong cold front moving off the Texas coast Sun night is
expected to produce gales near Tampico Mon night and near
Veracruz Mon night and Tue morning.

late this evening. 
.SUN...SW to W winds 10 to 15 kt, shifting to NW to N 15 to
20 kt in the late morning and afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft. 
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 20 to 30 kt. Frequent
gusts to gale force within 60 nm of the coast 90W to High Island
TX. Seas 6 to 9 ft.
