.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the Gulf from Tampa FL to
a weak 1020 mb low near 26N96W to near Veracruz Mexico will
dissipate later today. A strong cold front moving off the Texas
coast Sun night is expected to produce gales off the coast of 
Mexico.
