A secondary cold front will extend across the NW Gulf this evening, overrun most of the initial front along a position from the Straits of Florida to near Veracruz, Mexico on Mon evening. Remnants of the merged front will lift N on Tue and Wed reaching the NW and N-Central coastal plains on Thu and enhance convection along its boundary.
