.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will reach the NW Gulf early Sat, then
reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf near Veracruz by
early Sun. A reinforcing cold front will enter the northern Gulf
early Sun, and merge with the previous front late Sun. The 
merged front will drift into the SE Gulf through late Mon.
