.SYNOPSIS...Areas of dense fog will persist within 60 nm of the
coast this morning. A weak cold front will reach the coast of 
Texas today, stall over the N Gulf Thu, then move N as a warm 
front Thu night. A stronger cold front will reach the NW Gulf 
Fri, and reach from the Florida Panhandle to the SW Gulf near 
Veracruz by late Sat.
